I recently upgraded from CS6 to CC. First round of installs no problem. A week later there were a few updates including the CC Destop App and this is where the fun begins. Hi All I'm using OSX 10.11.3 I know this question has been asked a few times and I did find a solution, which was on another thread. – Sign out of Creative Cloud desktop and then exit Creative Cloud desktop. – Go to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe – Find and delete the folders.
- Scroll down to locate Creative Cloud and select Download.
- Enter the required information and select Continue.
- Double-click Creative Cloud Installer.
- Select Open.

- Wait while Adobe Installer downloads the necessary files and installs them to your Mac.

- Double-click Creative Cloud Installer.
